Who We Are

Michelle is the HR leader for AMS within Brink’s and has been with the company for four years, beginning her career in PAI and with Brink’s for nearly three years since the PAI acquisition. The growth of the AMS platform has been an exciting part of Michelle’s 25-year career in HR and her first role with global oversight.

Alex joined Brink’s in 2019 as Payments Product Manager. In his role as Director of Brink’s Global Payments, Alex manages Brink’s direct-to-consumer programs and digital business payments services. He holds a Master’s degree in Product Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of the South.

Alan joined Brink’s in April 2021, via Brink’s acquisition of PAI, where he served as PAI CFO since March 2019. Prior to PAI, Alan was Vice President of Finance at Tally Energy Services, a private equity backed oilfield services company. He also spent nine years in finance and accounting leadership roles at Cardtronics, Inc, and most recently served as Senior Vice President of North America Finance. Alan earned his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining PAI in 2019, David was Managing General Partner of Dove Capital Partners LLC, an investing and consulting firm within the global payments industry. He also served as President at North American Business Group at Cardtronics, Inc. and was founder of the Dove Consulting Group where he served as CEO for over 20 years. David holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, an MBA from Boston University School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University in Aeronautical Engineering.

Steve has served as Chief Executive for NoteMachine in the UK since 2022, previously being NoteMachine’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Steve worked in the financial services industry for over 32 years, having worked both in Europe and the US for Listed and Private Equity firms, including BNP Paribas, HSBC, GE Money and Pepper Advantage.

Victoria has global responsibility for the TestLink businesses, working to enable growth and enter new markets. She joined the business in 2018 to manage post-acquisition business transformation, before spending three years as President, leading TestLink’s North American operation. In 2023, Victoria took the baton from the founding MD to assume the global Managing Director position. Starting her career as a Business Development Manager in the telecoms industry, Victoria has a strong track record of building teams and producing high growth phases.

Anne Richard has worked for Brink’s and G4S since 2011, and in CIT since 2007. He was previously responsible for banking sales in The Netherlands and Belgium and for solutions development (Retail and ATM Managed Services). Anne Richard now heads up Global ATM Managed Services. He holds a Master’s degree and has been responsible for a large number of ATM pooling and ATM outsourcing projects.

Nathan has worked for Brink’s for three years, with his most recent position being VP of the Global ATM Product Team, responsible for delivering the products and operations needed to support Brink’s Global ATM Managed Services. Nathan has been involved in the ATM industry since 2002, building the operational, compliance and monitoring systems that support the US ATM infrastructure.
